Licensed by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation as an employment agency under Ministerial Resolution No. 51 of 2022, for on-demand worker supply services. Worker quotas, skill levels and categories are government-approved.

Salaries are paid through the Wage Protection System, which MOHRE runs with the Central Bank of the UAE, so every salary payment is made electronically and on record.

Employment is governed by Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 on the Regulation of Labour Relations, the UAE labour law, and its implementing regulations.

Every worker is employed by Active Labors Supply on a MOHRE employment contract, so the employer’s obligations sit with us rather than with your company or your site.

Work permits, residence visas and Emirates IDs are issued and renewed under our sponsorship, so everyone we deploy is entitled to work in the UAE.

Normal hours are capped by law at eight a day and 48 a week, and outdoor work stops for the summer midday break, 12:30 to 3pm from 15 June to 15 September. Rosters are planned inside those limits.

Workers complete the medical fitness test required for a UAE residence visa and hold the health insurance that employers must provide.

Workers live in approved labour accommodation, with daily transport to your site arranged by us.

Gratuity is accrued throughout employment and settled with any other dues, together with visa cancellation, when a worker’s employment ends.
