Assistant Technician

Assistant technicians form part of our semi-skilled labour supply. We provide support hands for MEP, mechanical and maintenance teams across the UAE, freeing your qualified tradesmen to concentrate on skilled work.

Our assistant technicians support installation and fixing, material handling at the work front, tool and consumable management, and basic testing assistance — on fit-out projects, planned maintenance and facilities contracts.

Assistant technicians are deployed on maintenance contracts, commercial buildings, industrial facilities and MEP installations, supporting the technicians who keep installed systems running. They handle tools and materials, access and preparation, and the routine tasks that let a technician spend the visit on the fault rather than the setup.

Crews are issued PPE and sized from a single assistant to a full maintenance team, with a lead hand where the rota needs one. Maintenance work runs to a schedule rather than a build programme, so crews are matched to the rota your contract actually works. Every assistant technician is trade-tested before deployment, and works alongside assistant electricians where a package needs both.

Visa processing, Emirates ID, medical insurance, WPS payroll, housing, gratuity accruals and end-of-service formalities all sit with us, for as long as the contract runs.
