Facility Cleaning

Facility cleaning is an outsourced function rather than a set of hands: a managed crew, a scope of work and a standard to hold, with Active Labors responsible for delivering it. We supply facility cleaning teams across the UAE for offices and commercial buildings, malls and retail, labour accommodation and industrial facilities.

A deployment typically covers daily cleaning of floors, common areas and washrooms, waste collection and removal, external and entrance areas, and periodic deep cleans scheduled around how the building is used. Crews work to your building’s hours — early mornings, evenings, overnight in a live retail or office environment — and are sized to the area and the standard rather than to a headcount.

Teams are supported by lead hands or charge hands where the scope calls for supervision, so there is someone accountable on site rather than a rota of individuals. Each member of the crew is trade-tested before deployment and matched to the building’s scope.

If you would rather direct the work yourself, individual cleaners are supplied under our labour supply model instead. Under either model the cleaners stay on our visas, medical insurance, WPS payroll and housing. Tell us the building, the scope and whether materials and equipment come from you or from us.
