Packaging Lines

Packaging line manpower is the crew that works the line: feeding it, packing off it, labelling, checking and palletising what comes out. We supply trade-tested line workers across the UAE for production and packing operations, for continuous running and for campaigns.

A line crew covers loading and feeding, hand packing and cartoning, labelling and coding checks, shrink-wrapping and palletising, and the visual quality checks that happen at line speed. Finished pallets pass to warehouse operations for storage and dispatch, and logistics for movement beyond the building.

Lines run to a rate, and a crew that cannot hold it costs more than it saves. Workers are matched to the pace and the shift pattern the line actually runs — days, nights, continental shifts — and numbers rise and fall with the production plan. General helpers cover material movement and changeovers around the line.
