Flagmen form part of our semi-skilled labour supply. We provide trained banksmen and flagmen for traffic and plant movement control across construction and infrastructure sites in the UAE.
Our flagmen manage vehicle and pedestrian segregation, guide reversing and lifting operations, control access points and maintain exclusion zones — on highways works, infrastructure corridors and busy live sites.
Flagmen are deployed wherever vehicles and people share space: site entrances and exits, delivery routes, live roads beside works, and construction and infrastructure projects where plant is moving. They work within civil and construction crews and alongside scaffolders and general helpers as the site layout changes.
Flagmen work to your traffic management plan and site rules. Tell us the traffic management requirements and any approvals the work needs, and we will confirm what we can field before you commit. Flagmen are issued PPE and supplied singly for one gate or as a team covering several access points and haul routes, with a charge hand where the layout calls for one, and every flagman is trade-tested before deployment.
Visa processing, Emirates ID, medical insurance, WPS payroll, housing, gratuity accruals and end-of-service formalities sit with us for the length of the deployment.
