Logistics manpower is the workforce that keeps goods moving — through warehouses and distribution centres, across yards and loading bays, and on and off vehicles. We supply trade-tested logistics workers across the UAE, for steady operations and for the weeks when volume spikes.

The work splits into the crew inside the building and the crew at its edges: loading and unloading, receiving and put-away, order picking, packing and dispatch, stock counts and housekeeping. Warehouse operations and packaging lines cover those deployments in detail, and general helpers provide the volume that supports both.

Logistics rarely runs one shift. Crews are built around the pattern the operation actually works — days, nights, split shifts, weekends — and scaled through seasonal peaks and back down again. Where a requirement runs beyond a peak, short term and long term contract manpower put the same crew on a longer footing.
