Civil and construction manpower is the crew that puts up the structure and finishes it — the trades on site from enabling works and substructure through to fit-out and handover. We supply trade-tested construction workers across the UAE for towers, villas, infrastructure, industrial projects and refurbishment programmes.

Structure and finishes come from masons, working across blockwork and brickwork, plastering and rendering, concrete finishing and screeding, tiling and stonework. Access comes from scaffolders, traffic and pedestrian control from flagmen, and the volume that keeps a site moving from general helpers. Where a package needs steel supports or site fabrication, welders and fabricators come from the same pool.

Crews are built around the programme and the shift pattern rather than supplied as a fixed block, so a phase that needs twenty hands this month and five the next is staffed accordingly. Each worker is trade-tested against the trade they are supplied for, whether that is blockwork, scaffolding or traffic control.
