Active Labors Supply supplies manpower to projects in Abu Dhabi. Our office is in Al Mussalla, Hay Al Gharb, Sharjah, and from there we supply trade-tested skilled trades, general labour and complete crews across the UAE, with visas, WPS payroll and housing handled by us. We operate under a 100% MOHRE Employment Agency License, and the workers take direction from your own supervisors on site.
Construction and civil works draw on masons, scaffolders, steel fixers, carpenters, welders, fabricators and general helpers, supplied as a civil and construction crew. Building services draw on electricians, plumbers and mechanical fitters as part of an MEP crew. Warehouses, packing lines and facilities are run as outsourced functions, covering warehouse operations, logistics, packaging lines and facility cleaning.
Our crews have worked on major Abu Dhabi programmes: 800 workers on the renovation of Al Ain Hospital, 300+ over six months on the sustainable Baniyas North project, and 3,000 workers over three years on Etihad Rail's 1,200 km network. See our projects.
Crews can be supplied for a peak or for the life of a project: short term contract manpower stands down when the peak passes, and long term contract manpower keeps one crew together with leavers replaced by us.
